Chetan Bhagat

Easy-On-The-Mind Read...
I have read a couple of his books - One Night @ the Call Centre and The 3 Mistakes of My Life - well, he piques my interest, he deals with subjects of today in today's world, real time and so the recall value and understanding is 100%. The books are no literary masterpieces for sure, but somehow they keep you engrossed with detailed etchings of characters and their social backgrounds in today's India, in a language which is spoken by all and easily comprehensible, both in terms of content and characterization. These are like peole you meet everday and situations are ones you have or are going through... There is no need for you to know your history nor do you need to know good language skills...it is simple and he writes in a style which is easy on the mind and keeps you hooked - I have enjoyed his books, and the fact that they are so reasonably priced is an added bonus...am reading another very interesting book by another Indian author Karan Bajaj - this is my first book by him, but the start has been promising, lets see...will post later.
